Palo Santo Cleansing Stick

Cleansing with Palo Santo helps to remove negative energy and bring in positive energy. 

I was taught to cleanse (or smudge) starting at the entrance, following the walls in a clockwise direction. As I cleanse, I picture the smoke ushering all the negative energy out of my space.
